The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, established by the U.S. Congress in 1990, offers a pathway for foreign investors to obtain U.S. permanent residency (green card) by making a qualifying investment that stimulates the U.S. economy through job creation.

How it Works

To qualify for the EB-5 program, investors must:

Invest Capital: The minimum investment is $800,000.
Create Jobs: Demonstrate that the investment will create or preserve at least 10 full-time jobs for qualifying U.S. workers within two years of the investor's admission to the United States.
